You can work from anywhere. But "anywhere" turned out to be your apartment, alone, staring at a screen.
You have the freedom but no roots. No daily rhythm. No one to eat dinner with on a Tuesday. Terra Collectiva gives you a place where work, food, and community actually come together.
Each Terra Collectiva site is a working farm converted into a micro-community of 5–6 remote professionals.
A fully furnished apartment or private room with your own bathroom. Communal when you want it, private when you don't. Your sanctuary.
Dedicated workspace with dual-connectivity internet (fiber + Starlink backup), desks, and meeting areas. Designed for serious remote work, not an afterthought.
Seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruit, eggs. Grown right outside your door. Get your hands dirty or just enjoy the harvest.
Fresh seasonal produce from the farm included. Shared meals prepared with ingredients grown metres from your door. This isn't a meal plan. It's a way of eating you won't find in any city.
A small group of professionals selected for shared values, not just shared rent. Optional events, genuine friendships, zero forced fun. Think great neighbours, not group therapy.
Mediterranean climate, 300+ days of sunshine, and the quality of life people spend decades trying to afford in a city. Here, it's just... Tuesday.
No complicated buy-ins, no rigid commitments. Just a better way to live.
Tell us about yourself, your work, and what you're looking for. We curate for genuine interest in community, not a checklist.
Pick a site, choose your space. Minimum 1-month stay. This isn't a hostel or a vacation. It's a home. Most residents stay 3-12 months. Everything's included.
Work remotely, eat from the farm, join shared dinners when you feel like it, explore the countryside, build friendships that last.
If any of these resonate, you're exactly who we're building this for.
You've optimized your home office. What you can't optimize is the silence at 6pm and the Uber Eats habit.
You've done the Bali-Lisbon-Medellin circuit. You want a base, not another hostel with a coworking space.
Earning well, living well on paper, but wondering why it doesn't feel like it. You're ready for something that matches the life you actually want.
You do your best work surrounded by nature and interesting people. Not in a WeWork.
Join the waitlist and help shape where and how we build the first site. Founding members get priority placement and a founding rate. No commitment. Just tell us you're interested.
Welcome to the founding community. We'll be in touch soon with updates on site selection, community events, and how you can shape what we're building. Keep an eye on your inbox.
We're targeting around €2,000/month all-inclusive. That covers your furnished private space, high-speed internet, co-working space, weekly farm produce, and community events. Comparable to a nice 1-bed in Lisbon, but with a radically better quality of life.
Non-negotiable for us. Every site will have dual connectivity (fiber where available + Starlink backup) targeting 100+ Mbps. Dedicated co-working areas with wired connections for video calls. This is a community of remote workers. Unreliable internet is not an option. Period.
We're focused on southern Europe. Either Catalonia, within 90 minutes of Barcelona airport, or Portugal's Alentejo region, within 90 minutes of Lisbon's international airport. Both offer stunning farmland, Mediterranean climate, and 300+ days of sunshine. The exact location will be influenced by founding member input.
1 month minimum. This isn't a hostel or a vacation. It's intended to be a home. Most residents stay 3–12 months or longer. We're building for people who want real community, not a weekend getaway.
No and absolutely not. Think of it as neighbors who actually know each other. You have your own private space and complete autonomy. Shared dinners and events are always optional. There's no shared ideology, no mandatory meetings, no pressure. Just good people living well.
Not at all. The farm is managed by experienced farmers. But if you want to get your hands dirty. Harvest vegetables, learn about permaculture, help with the olive press. That's part of the experience. It's there for you, not required of you.
Founding members are the first wave of people who join the waitlist. You'll get priority placement at the first site, input into location and design decisions, a discounted founding rate locked in for your first year, and the chance to shape something from the ground up.
